If you look into your video settings and don't see 1440x960 resolution as an option then you have to add a custom resolution or madden will just run at 640x480 instead of 1440x960.Īfter editing the ini just run the game (don't go into video settings) and take a screen shot and check the value of the resolution that way to make sure it's running at 1440x960. If you change the resolution and it just reverts to 640x480 then your computer isn't setup yet to recognize 1440x960. If your setup supports that resolution that's all you have to do. Open the file with notepad and scroll down to these two lines and change the horizontal value to 1440 and vertical value to 960. You have to edit the madden.ini file in your My Documents/Madden NFL 07 folder.
